Our Company

Unsanctioned Baptism Records was started in 2001 to help a few Cleveland area musicians realize their dreams of making music. With the hard work of these musicians, along with the Blind Dog and Dungeon Studios, this dream is slowly becoming a reality.

Our Inspiration

Our biggest inspiration in our whole operation is a crusty, old bat named Mother Metal. She's given us all the alcohol, doughnuts, and narcotics that we could ingest. And boy does she know how to party. This dame can drink us under the table on any given night. Hey, maybe soon we can get her drunk enough to take pictures of her tattoos for you to see. She's got more tattoos than Oprah's got chins. She's got more ink on her than Jerry Springer's got whores. She's got... sorry, I get carried away. Anyways, we'll keep you posted on Mother Metal.
